How Do I Receive Money When I Pay?
When making an exchange with another user on our platform. Your payment goes into an escrow account and once we have confirmation that the other user has also paid, both parties will be settled immediately.
How Long Will it Take to Receive My Money?
Expect to receive your money within 15 mins of completing the exchange.
I Want to Be a BDC?
If you work with or own a Bureau De Change(BDC), click on the BDC page and add your details. Note that only BDCs with a valid licence or proof will be approved to transact freely with other buyers and sellers.
How Do I Check Transaction Status on Your Platform?

Can I Receive Cash for a Currency Exchange Transaction?
Due to security issues around moving with Foreign exchange, there is no cash transaction option
What Are the Fees for Payhaven Money Exchange?
There are no markup fees, whatever buyer and seller agree to is what they get. Buyer and seller pay 0.35% platform fees.
